WORKSHOPS…
Some of the most valuable moments in football happen when people come together to ask questions, exchange ideas and look at the game from a different angle.
SoulBall workshops are designed to create that kind of space. A space to think. To reflect. To explore. To share experiences. And to consider how we can create better environments for players to learn and grow.
The aim is not to arrive with all the answers. It is to open up conversations that help people see the game—and their role within it—a little more clearly.
“SoulBall’s coaching is innovative, challenging and exciting.”

COACH EDUCATION
Coaching is an ongoing journey.
There is always more to notice.
More to understand.
More to question.
SoulBall Coach Education workshops can explore themes such as:
- learning through play
- small-number football
- designing environments
- developing creativity and decision-making
- empowering players
- behaviour and relationships
- understanding age and stage
- reflecting on our own coaching
Each workshop can be shaped around the needs of the coaches and organisation involved.
CLUBS & ORGANISATIONS
Every club has its own culture.
Its own players.
Its own coaches.
Its own questions.
Workshops can be designed to support clubs and organisations as they explore their own approach to player development.
This may involve practical work on the pitch.
Conversation away from it.
Or a combination of both.
The focus is always on creating something useful, relevant and connected to the environment in front of us.
SCHOOLS
Football can provide a wonderful environment for learning within schools.
Through play, children can develop confidence, communication, creativity, resilience and responsibility alongside their physical development.
SoulBall workshops can support teachers, staff and young people through practical sessions, professional development and shared exploration of how football can be used as a tool for learning.
PARENTS
Parents play an enormous part in a young person’s experience of football.
Sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is simply create space for conversation.
SoulBall parent workshops can explore topics such as:
- supporting confidence
- responding to mistakes
- competition
- communication
- behaviour
- development over time
- helping children retain their enjoyment of the game
Not to tell parents how to parent.
But to think together about how we can best support our children through football.
BESPOKE WORKSHOPS
Not every group needs the same thing.
If there is a particular question, theme or challenge you would like to explore, workshops can be shaped around your environment.
That might mean an evening with coaches.
A school development day.
A practical session on the pitch.
A parent conversation.
Or something completely bespoke.
The starting point is always the same:
What would be most helpful for the people in front of us?
INTERESTED IN A WORKSHOP?
If you would like to explore bringing SoulBall to your club, school or organisation, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
Tell us a little about your group, what you are hoping to explore, and the kind of workshop you have in mind.
